Starting Point: In 2012, some ordinances were under review.

2015 Goal: Have a complete ordinance review done in 2013, with adoption and implementation of new urban forestry ordinances in place in 2014.

Update: In 2015, it was determined that the Tree Protection Ordinance (covering private property trees) adopted in 2014 would greatly benefit from certain improvements. Planning, Urban Forestry, and Public Utilities drafted these improvements, which should be considered by the City Council in 2016.
