Description: This is a metric giving total natural gas usage in units of decatherms (Dth) across departments. It is then normalized per 1000 passengers for the year in question.
Baseline: In 2012, 6.01 Dth/1000 passengers of natural gas was used by Salt Lake City Airport facilities.
2020 Target: Reduce energy use by 10% of 2000-2010 average to 5.0 Dth/1000 passengers.
