If you have a special assessment invoice, the 14-digit property ID number is located on the front of the invoice, on the right hand side about one-third of the page down (example: 08 16 306 021 0000).

QUESTIONS: Questions concerning the assessment footage, rate, workmanship , when the work was done, or property liens should be directed to the City Engineering Division at (801) 535-6355. Questions or payoffs regarding water, sewer, storm water, and garbage should be directed to Public Utilities at (801) 483-6900. Questions concerning assessment payments or billing should be directed to the City Treasurer's Office at (801) 535-7719.
