The Appeal Process

  • Parking citations must be contested within 20 calendar days from the date the ticket is issued. Appeals are not allowed after 20 calendar days.
  • Be sure to have all photos, receipts and any supporting evidence before you start your appeal.
  • If the citation was issued to a vehicle while it was stolen, a complete police report (not just the police report number) must be included. Please request a police report from local police department.
  • Note: Only one hearing can be conducted per citation.
